Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not available where prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The platform uses credits as its internal unit of value, where 1 credit equals US$1.00. Credits purchased with real money are non-withdrawable and may be used to enter prop competitions. Credits earned as prize winnings are recorded as withdrawable ("payout") credits, subject to availability of the withdrawal feature. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Each entry purchases a slot in a specific prop competition and provisions a trading account within that prop competition's isolated environment. Entries, rules, durations, and prize structures are described on each prop competition's page and form part of these Terms for that prop competition.

If a prop competition is cancelled before it starts, entry fees are returned in full as non-withdrawable credits to your wallet; we do not issue cash refunds to your original payment method. If you voluntarily leave a prop competition before it begins, any refund is governed by that prop competition's stated leave-refund policy and is likewise returned as non-withdrawable credits.

You agree not to manipulate results, collude with other participants, abuse rebuys or refunds, use unauthorized automation, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of any prop competition or the Service. We may disqualify entries, suspend accounts, or withhold prizes for conduct that violates these Terms.

Trading carries substantial risk. Prop Competitions may run in simulated or demo environments and are offered for competitive and educational purposes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingStars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
